This rip snorting Blues Band making a big noise in the shires, 2022 is the year for them to spread their wings…

The band released their debut album in Dec 2019, to acclaim from rock stars to radio play around the world, and over 25000 streams across all digital platforms to date.

Recorded on a limited budget, as an honest and polished reproduction of their original material, minimal production yet maximum impact via the mixing hands of Wayne Proctor at the House of Tone

Five passionate musicians all with over twenty years of gigging experience, hailing from the Oxfordshire / Wiltshire shire towns. This band came together in 2016 ostensibly to celebrate the music of Joe Bonamassa, since then they have widened the cover choices, and written and performed their own original material.  Following a string of west country festivals in 2019 Sloetrain are looking to spread their wings a little in 2022 following the release of our album.

“We play our songs for fun and the love of live performance. Think Bonamassa meets The Bluesbreakers, with a twist of early Fleetwood Mac. Add in a little Ainslie Lister and you have a heady cocktail of contemporary blues that is aching to be played live”. These influences, combined with fine musicianship and excellent stage craft makes sure they will bring any venue or festival set alive.
